10am till 2pm or 3pm till 7pm

Indulge in a glass of prosecco (optional)
to start the event off
followed by making
your own chocolates to take home.

There will be a short break so that you can enjoy

* a classic cream tea (optional)

You will then experience the art of gift box making

so you have something to take your chocolate creations home.

* Please be aware that the cream tea and prosecco are optional and only available for purchase up to 7 days prior to the event

You will need to arrive at least 15 Minutes prior to the start time.

Your name will be added to the guest list at the venue and confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Allergy Notice : chocolate and ingredients
may contain milk, nuts and wheat.

We use knives in the crafting workshop so all children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

About the Event

We are thrilled to welcome you to our upcoming workshop, which offers a unique blend of chocolate and sweet treat creation, along with the opportunity to craft a luxurious box to take your delicious creations home. This event is designed to spark your creativity, engage your senses with a range of flavours and textures, and help you develop new skills. It’s also a wonderful chance to relax, meet new people, and enjoy working with quality ingredients.

Workshop Structure

It's all about chocolate to start!

To begin the event, you will be guided by Dawn, who will demonstrate the art of making chocolates and sweet treats. The workshop features the use of locally sourced ingredients, ensuring that you create chocolates of various flavours. Dawn will also show you how to craft other sweet treats, providing you with techniques you can easily try at home for friends and family.

After the demonstration, you will have the chance to create your own sample of chocolates and sweet treats, supported by our friendly staff. These are yours to take home and share with others.

Interval and Refreshments

There will be a short interval during the event, giving you time to enjoy a drink and some food. Please note that the refreshments provided will depend on the time and venue, as the offerings may vary.

During the Interval you can also browse our pop-up shop where you can purchase various items from chocolates, chutneys, fresh coffee beans and various other items which are also available on our website

It’s all about the box to finish!

The second half of the event will be hosted by Louise who will guide you step by step in the art of cartonnage which originated in France. This primarily is how to craft a solid structure box which can be decorated in either fabric or papers of your choice. You will follow Louise in making your own hand-crafted box and will be helped by all the wonderful staff on hand should you need any extra assistance.

Summary

You do not need to have any experience as these workshops are all about having fun, enjoying chocolate and playing with glue.

Socialising is a must.
