If you register as a customer on our website and choose to create a profile for shopping on Felicity James Collection, you can save your address and other details also, if you request to delete your account all relevant data already submitted will be deleted and cannot be retrieved by us.
If you request to save any credit card or banking details these are encrypted and can only be seen by you the customer when you login or use the checkout, we advise you to also use a third party such as chrome browser, Gpay or apple pay for an extra layer of security.
