How can i contact customer support?

We have multiple ways to contact us here at Felicity James either via our help contact form above or our helpline.
We ask you only use the helpline in emergency situations, being a small family run business we pride ourselves on customer service but we prefer customers use our contact form first, most of the time we will call you back anyway.

How do i return a product?

Firstly send a message in to us using the contact form above, include your details and order reference code.
No returns process will be able to be completed without your order reference code, and you must contact us first to start the returns process.
The item must be returned to us unopened, undamaged and in the original package, you have up to 20 days from the date of purchase to start the returns process.
All returns postal costs are payable by the customer, we do not offer free returns.
Some products may incur a restocking fee depending on the item purchased.

How do i return a faulty product?

If a product does not work as described, is broken in transit, damaged in transit or the wrong item, we ask you contact us using the form above or call our helpline straight away.
We can exchange like for like, offer store credit notes or discounts depending on the case.
All damaged items must be returned before we can refund or replace.
